At Mallard Catering we aim to provide quality food made from scratch. All our meats are slow roasted the same day, and all of our bread is fresh baked the same day. We avoid pre made, processed foods in order to provide you with a unique and high quality product. We try to be as flexible as possible to your needs. If you don't see any suitable items on the menu, custom catering is available. Since everthing is made fresh and from scratch 48 hours notice is required for new orders, changes and cancellations. There are exceptions to this, so do not hestitate to contact us..
